The School of Materials Science and Engineering (http://www.mse.ntu.edu.sg/) is embarking on major collaborative programmes with several USA and European Research Institutions and companies. We are recruiting research staff with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Biomedical Implants & Devices
• CNT Biosensors
• Quantum and Atomistic Computational Materials
• Nano-characterisation
• Mechanical Design
• Nano-materials & Nano-chemistry
• Organic electronics & photovoltaics
• Polymeric Biomaterials
• Pharmacology / Pharmaceutics
• Protein Chemistry

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. degree in any of the following fields:

• Materials Science and Engineering
• Bioengineering
• Biological Science
• Chemical / Biomolecular Engineering
• Chemistry

Recent graduates or expecting to graduate in 2007 with good honours degree are welcome to apply. We are seeking candidates with initiative and strong research interest. The selected candidates must be willing to travel as training will be provided at NTU and overseas companies.
