Current
Research Interests
My research focus is based on
the use of nanostructures in
nanoelectronics and organic electronics
materials and devices. I am interested
in the incorporation of nanostructures
such as nanoparticles, nanowires,
nanorods into functional electronic
devices in order to deliver
heterogeneous and versatile
applications. My research group is
currently focusing on nanostructures
synthesis and growth, self assembled
nanostructures for organic hybrid
memories, sensors, electrochromics and
energy storage devices.

Information
Pooi See graduated from the
National University of Singapore. She
worked in the industry on
microelectronics integration upon her
graduation. Later on, she joined NTU as
an assistant professor and is currently
an associate professor. She is active in
research and development related to
microelectronic materials like
silicidation, ultra shallow junction
formation, gate dielectrics etc. Her
latest research work focuses on
nanostructures in organic hybrid and
molecular devices such as organic
memories, sensors, electrochromics and
energy storage.
